In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that, depending on your relationship with us, at ZEE LONGEVITY SLP we process the data you provide for some or all of the purposes set out below.
Data from contact requests or commercial communications will be processed until the user states that they no longer wish to receive information or withdraws their consent. Appointment request data, for as long as needed to arrange and manage the appointment. Preliminary health report data will be kept for as long as needed to provide the service requested.
Healthcare data will be kept for at least fifteen (15) years from the date each episode of care is closed, unless specific legislation sets a longer period.
Instagram conversation data will be kept for no more than two (2) years from the last message, unless the person becomes a patient.
Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except where legally required or with your prior express consent. To provide the service, some providers process data on behalf of ZEE LONGEVITY SLP, only for that purpose and following its instructions: Base44 (hosting of the website, the test and the internal application); KYRIOS (the agency that builds and maintains the platform); the server where the clinic's own system that prepares the preliminary report runs; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp and Instagram, when you write to us there); Resend (sending the clinic's emails); N-GENE (genetics) and myBioma (microbiota), only if those tests are booked; Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies; and the clinic's legal, tax and employment advisers. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes data about your browsing of the public pages of this website to produce statistics (Google Analytics). This never includes the patient area, personal links or the clinic's internal application. This data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You will find the details in the Cookie Policy.
When you write to our Instagram account (@clinicaelysia.malaga), by direct message, by replying to a story or by commenting on a post, we process your Instagram ID, your username and your name if Instagram provides them, whether you follow our account, and the content of your conversation with the clinic. We do this to reply to you, send you the lifestyle assessment you ask for and follow up on your request. The lawful basis is your own request (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent.
This data is stored in our internal tool, which only clinic staff can access, and is kept while the relationship lasts and for no more than two years from the last message, unless you become a patient. Instagram is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which processes data under its own policy.
You can ask us at any time to delete the data from your Instagram conversation by writing to info@clinicaelysia.es or calling +34 624 890 429, stating your Instagram username. We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you. You can also exercise your other rights as explained in this policy.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing of your personal data, and withdraw any consent given at any time, by contacting:

Based on the right to information set out in article 12 of the GDPR and article 11 of the LOPDGDD, every data collection form on this Website includes the following consent clause: "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy".
ZEE LONGEVITY SLP reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to legislative, case-law or business developments that may affect compliance with it. Any significant change will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
